Join us in February 2017 and take on the Step To The Beat challenge for National Heart Awareness Month.
The average person does only 3,000-4,000 steps per day, well short of the recommended 10,000. We want to change this, which is why throughout February we’re asking you to take on the challenge of hitting 10,000 steps every day of the month.
