Additional Classes

Heartbeat are proud to present our additional classes for members, friends and family.

Pilates

Regular Pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga

Regular Yoga improves health, flexibility, builds muscle strength, helps perfect your posture. Betters your bone health and increases your blood flow and boosts immunity.

In the room upstairs by the meeting room, please bring a cushion and blanket or towel for relaxation. We can provide mats if you don’t have your own. Suitable for all levels.

Zumba® Gold

Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. How it works; the design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and co-ordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Benefits; this class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Plus it is a fun way to keep fit. This class is suitable for everyone.
